The Services are delivered as strategic business advisory and educational services, drawing on more than a decade of contract negotiation experience. The Services do not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Ronke Olaye, nor between you and Akowe SRL.

You may be deemed a client of an attorney only after a formal engagement letter is duly signed and executed between you and a duly registered attorney — which is not the case here.

Where you require:

• Legal representation in a dispute, negotiation with the counterparty as your registered counsel, or litigation;
• A formal legal opinion (within the meaning of Belgian law) on the validity, enforceability, or regulatory compliance of a specific contractual provision;
• Court or arbitration representation;
• Services reserved by law to attorneys actively registered with a Belgian or foreign Bar;

Akowe's services — including the Private Contract Strategy engagement — provide strategic, commercial, and operational advisory on the contracts you submit. While these services involve detailed analysis and personalized recommendations on specific contracts, they remain advisory and educational in nature and do not constitute formal legal advice as defined in Section 1 above.

3. No substitute for professional advice

All information available on the Website and through the Services is provided for general business and strategic purposes. It does not, and is not intended to, address all the specific facts of any individual situation.

You agree to conduct your own due diligence and, where appropriate, consult qualified professionals (attorney, accountant, financial advisor) before making any decision relying on information shared through the Website or the Services.

• The willingness of your counterparties to renegotiate;
• The market conditions, regulatory environment, and industry-specific dynamics;
• Your commitment, follow-through, and timing of implementation.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the results that you generate by relying on or applying any information provided through the Services.

You also acknowledge that the testimonials and prior results of other clients showcased on the Website are not a guarantee, promise, or indication of similar outcomes for you. See Section 6 below.

Akowe disclaims any liability for your success or failure in implementing the Services' recommendations.

5. Services we do not provide

For the avoidance of any doubt, you acknowledge and agree that Akowe and Ronke Olaye are not currently acting in any of the following capacities, and the Services do not include any of the following:

• Legal representation as a registered attorney before any court, tribunal, or administrative authority;
• Issuance of formal legal opinions on contract validity or enforceability;
• Direct negotiation with your counterparties on your behalf, except where expressly agreed under a separate written engagement (notably as part of an extended Private Strategy mandate);
• Tax, financial, or accounting consulting;
• Investment, asset management, or financial advisory services;
• Therapy, mental health counseling, or psychological support;
• Public relations, media outreach, or marketing services;
• Recruitment or business development services;
• Introduction to networks, business partners, or investors, unless expressly stated;
• Any service not explicitly described on the pricing section of the Website.

The use of the Website or the purchase of a Service does not give rise to any future intention, commitment, or obligation by Akowe to enter into any further business relationship with you beyond the scope of the Service purchased.
